Leveraging its extensive expertise in open cloud platforms, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, clinical research, healthcare research, and scientific knowledge stemming from the recent acquisition of Cerner, Oracle is set to play a pivotal role in this initiative.
CancerX, a cornerstone of The White House’s national Cancer Moonshot endeavor, is spearheaded by Moffitt Cancer Center and the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe). Collaborators include the Office for the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health.
Seema Verma, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle Life Sciences, underscored the significance of overcoming the healthcare sector’s fragmentation, which often obstructs optimal patient care and curative efforts.
